This is so expensive!** A: Can’t seem to find this size for cheaper. But for a snack it’s a great value. It’s a huge tub. And LoL @ the person who answered the question and said get 2 lbs of cheese instead. 28g cheese = 110 calories with only 6g of protein! 30g of this snack is 130 WITH 20g protein!!!! Why would he even make that comparison? **Q: When will ypu make a sweet or neutral flavor to use in place of breakfast cereal?** A: Look up magic spoon. High protein cereal. **Q: Is there some reason you have excluded the nutrition facts? It’s normal to include these - unless you are hiding something?** A: I can't say why they did not include the nutrition facts, and I agree with you that it is a disservice. However, if you look at the customer pictures section of this page, you'll find someone has uploaded a picture of the nutrition info label. **Q: How can you stay in ketosis with maltodextrin as an ingredient?** A: Maltodextrin is used only as a flow agent. There is less than 1 gram per serving. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best protein snack out there *by on Reviewed in the United States 25 May 2021* So I bought the sour cream and onion one first to try the product because I want to munch on a snack while I binge a tv series or movie at the end of a day after a workout without taking in unnecessary carbs and fats. A lot of volume and a ton of protein. After I finished the sour cream an onion I ordered the garlic Parmesan and jalapeño cheddar. It makes it so easy to hit my protein numbers...almost too easy. I’m hooked. This is the best protein/low carb snack out there. The flavoring obviously isn’t as apparent as bagged chips and whatnot but Still really good and it’s got so little carbs and fats there’s really no reason to complain. Feels like a cheat snack but it’s almost like replacing a protein shake with Cheetos or chips...definitely recommend and will buy again but would love to see the price go down a bit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hate the price, love this product. *by on Reviewed in Canada 11 October 2023* Very expensive for the amount you get but the protein puffs are a great snack. ### ⭐ Tastes horrible *by on Reviewed in Canada 30 June 2026* The snack taste horrible. Can't eat them and unfortunately can't return them. Total waste of money, avoid at all cost. ## Frequently Bought Together - Twin Peaks Protein Puffs - (Sour Cream & Onion), Keto Friendly, Low Carb Snack (300g, 21g Protein, 2g Net Carbs, High Protein, Healthy Crunchy Snack) - Quest Nutrition Tortilla Style Protein Chips Variety Pack, Chili Lime, Nacho Cheese, Loaded Taco, Low Carb, High Protein, Gluten Free, 1.1 oz (Pack of 12) - Quest Nutrition Protein Chips Variety Pack, BBQ, Cheddar & Sour Cream, Sour Cream & Onion, High Protein, Low Carb, 1.1 oz (Pack of 12) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/432255607-twin-peaks-protein-puffs-sour-cream-and-onion-snack-10](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/432255607-twin-peaks-protein-puffs-sour-cream-and-onion-snack-10) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-11-03*
