It is expensive, but I had just received a gift card, so I used it to purchase the Spinefitter. It is not as intense as a foam roller, but the Spinefitter gets into the spaces between your shoulder blades where the knots are. I'm still experimenting with different ways to use the Spinefitter to hit my IT bands and hamstrings, but it is nice and I do like it.
