Love!! Review: 9/10 would recommend - These work for the most part, pretty good. You can't taste it. I put it in homemade buttercream. The instructions say you can just add the powder directly in. I wouldn't I would hydrate it with something first like your vanilla or milk what you add. Even a few drops of water. With that being said these worked great. Used more than I would have liked of the powders but I know what to change for next time. And thank you for not having allergen items in these. Made it great to use for sensitive people. The color was good enough. Couldn't get the red fully red but it was good enough. It’s great to be able to find a collection of these natural food-based color powders in small quantities so you can try them all and experiment with color mixing economically. They work well in icing but the colors change drastically after baking so I wouldn’t recommend them for batter. I somehow managed to make a beautiful vegan rainbow layer cake using them in batter, though they didn’t look at all the way I thought they would when I put them in the oven! Basically rearranged them into a new rainbow after they emerged, but it worked and wowed my family.
