Yes you can do it with induction, but it may take longer, and the waffle may not be as crispy, or may even stick a little as a result. **Q: Is it made out of pure cast iron or is it a combined alloy material of cast iron and aluminum (or some other material)?** A: It is pure cast iron. **Q: What are the complete dimensions?
