I bought this board together with a Core i5-7500T CPU, which is specifically listed as supported on Jetway's website. When I powered the system on (with nothing but the CPU and with or without a known-good stick of memory in either slot), only the CPU fan ran. No beeps. No picture. Despite having built dozens of systems in my life and never having to open any manuals, I looked through the entire manual this time to see if I was missing some jumper or something. Nothing. I added a known-good external graphics card, too. Still no beeps or picture. Since I had to deliver the system on a schedule and didn't know whether it was the motherboard's fault or the CPU's fault, I ordered another copy of each. Again, same problem (CPU fan runs, no beeps, no picture)! Since I had never had any issues with any Intel CPUs in the past, but had never before bought Jetway, I figured it must be the motherboard and ordered an MSI board instead, and - what do you know? - it worked first try with the first Core i5-7500T CPU I had bought. Simultaneously to ordering the replacement board and CPU I had also sent a tech support email to Jetway (which I never had to do in the past), just for good measure. No response! Also, I spent some time searching the Internet for possible causes and debugging tips for no beeps, no image failures and came across multiple posts that claimed that Jetway is an extremely unreliable brand. Of course I can't verify such a general statement, but it definitely applied in my case and I will definitely NEVER buy Jetway again. And just to round out the experience, in addition to having wasted hours on trying to debug these boards, desertcart is now telling me that I have to pay over $8 in shipping to return the dead motherboards and the second CPU. Review: Don't order if you have 7th generation Intel Processor - WONT WORK! - WARNING: If you are running 7th gen intel processor and BIOS lower than AO3 this board will not POST. If you order another you're likely to get a board with the same outdated BIOS which can't be flashed.
