Both texts are deficient in their presentation of "Aid and Attendance" benefits which are better covered on line. Definitive guidance and counsel should be sought from your local Veterans Services Commission office. I was disappointed with this purchase. I would not purchase this text again, but I would think about the purchase of the GPO text for a secondary (but suspect) reference. I would not recommend this book to a friend, instead I would direct them to a Google inquiry for "Aid and Attendance" at va.gov followed by a trip to their local Veterans Services Commission office.
