Tube Lasts forever! *by N***N on 18 January 2025* I got this For an art project for my daughter. I thought we only needed a little bit, but we ended up needing quite a bit more... But I needn't to worry, this tube is massive! The colour is absolutely gorgeous. It's a really deep vibrant blue that works perfectly for nighttime skies or deep oceans. It mixes perfectly with other acrylics to change the tone. I found that mixing it with green made for some lovely River colours.. Although acrylic is water soluble, it can stick quite strongly into clothing, so I would recommend giving kids a pinny before using it. Acrylics stick well to many things, but I found that when I painted it onto smooth plastic, it was quite easy to scratch off... So I've now found that you're supposed to prepare smooth a plastics before you paint acrylics onto them. This acrylic paint is no different. I added a layer of mod podge onto the top in order to keep it sealed and to stop it being scratchable.
