You should probably stick to traditional spices or follow a recipe like this: http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/chicken-olives-lemons **Q: Does it dry? & how fast does it dry? Thanks** A: It depends on how much you put on. I normally just do a quick layer(5 second spray) and it drys within 10 minutes. I have sprayed for a long time once and then it started to drop down the leg, it took longer to dry then. **Q: What's the difference between this product (blue can) and the Alushield in the white can?** A: The same manufacturer also makes a product called "AluSpray" that comes in a primarily white can with some green text both are 40mg/gm of Aluminum Powder. If you are comparing an older can I would suggest double checking the active ingredient(s) to confirm that there is no difference in formula. **Q: How often does it need to be reapplied?** A: Depends.... Twice a day usually works out for us.
