Recommended if you're a martial artist or in the military or just want to be in better shape. There are a lot of exercises I would have never though of and really work.1. Flexibility - Crow stretch, bridge stretch.2. Joint mobility - hips, knees, elbows, shoulders, etc.3. Strength fundamentals - different types of pull-ups, dips, lower body strength exercises.And a ton of other interesting workouts/exercises! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Elements & Exercises Part 1 and 2 *by O***R on March 11, 2008* I just recently watched the videos. I thought they were professionally done. Well thought out, and easy to use.I am Russian Orthodox, so seeing Russian Churches, and Icons was very interesting.Specifically, I saw real use for the stances, and free flowing movements. It really uses the human body, and the opponents speed and strength against themselves.I was taught to basically overwhelm the opponent with strength and power. As you know this does not always work!I really like the real life applications. I trained in Karate for many years before I could actually feel confident that I could use it in real life. Even having said that, the rigidity of a set style that does not allow for fluid movement is useless in a real fight.Your Systema SpetsNaz bridges the gap left by other fighting systems. I honestly think that the basics can be learned by anyone. The more technical applications will of course, take time, but the basics could be learned quickly, and more importantly, be applied in a real situation.This appeals to me and I hope in the future to get to the instructor stage of training.
