Purchased one to see how it was and then immediately purchased a second one. I would recommend buying two (2) so that you don't have to take one off and switch it to the other ankle. Just makes it easier and much more efficient doing it that way. Has been used multiple days a week for many weeks since purchasing and has help up great. Very comfortable and durable and grips to the ankles firmly without any slipping. The velcro strap stays in place very nicely and feels very secure. Comes in a variety of different color options. The rings are very solid construction and easily clip onto a pulley system using a D ring clip, or something similar.
