I planned on that being a one and done, but instead, I'm hooked.I switched to Amazon Sub&Save as the price is much better.About the coffee: The serving size is one Tablespoon, which is 150mg of caffeine; more than a cup of coffee, less than an energy drink. For me, I get all the wakey-uppy, with zero jitters. I also don't get the weird after a cup of coffee lethargy that sometimes leaves me needing a nap. I can only take one serving a day, and if I don't have it early enough, I will be wide awake at bed time.I use this exclusively to make "dirty coffee sodas". Typically a dirty Dr Pepper is Dr P on ice with coconut and lime juice. I use coconut creamer and a squirt of lime juice, and a Tablespoon (or less for a short shift) of Jot.
