Before I bought this cushion he has been using a different cushion, however the cushion he was using was thinner and smaller and since it was much smaller then the seat in the truck, the back of his legs were becoming numb and were in pain. Since he has been using this cushion it is much more comfortable and he doesn't have a back or leg pain anymore.
