Instructions (didn't come with any) that are shown with one of the item pictures are clear as mud, especially the "rotate lock" the "tension nut" part. I saw how the "tension nut" can rotate in the "Anchor", but could not figure out how or why it would rotate once hammered into the support wood. You shouldn't, in my opinion, rotate it so the Anchor flares out prior to installing. How I installed: After marking hole locations with a pencil, I drilled a ~2" deep hole with 5/16" drill bit (after ~1/8" test drill bit to verify drilling into wood, although it felt like I might have been drilling between two 2"X8" cross joists, or whatever size is used for the overhead between two rooms). The "Anchor" hammered through the drywall easily, but VERY tight into the wood. Since the one product picture shows hammering it in place with the screw and plate all attached together, I did that, to protect the Anchor end from the hammer. I hammered it until the plate was ~1/8" from drywall (so I could easily swing the plate out of the way if needed), then drilled the 2nd hole through the plate with 5/16" bit (5/16" fits the plate screw hole). To try to get the 2nd Anchor in a little easier, I decided to use the next larger drill bit I had (3/8" = 6/16") to make the hole in the wood slightly larger (swung plate out of the way 1st). It hammered in much more easily, but still snug. I then hammered the plate tight against the drywall. You THEN need to start turning the screw, which causes the deep end of the Anchor to flare out, grabbing the wood even tighter. I turned the screw until it felt very tight, and couldn't turn it more (without excessive force that might damage the Anchor). It all felt very tight and secure. I hung my body wt on it as much has my bare hand could tolerate from the attached pulley. (I may try again with a leather glove.) 4 Stars due to poor or absent instructions. I'll bump it up or down depending on how well it holds up long term. I would NEVER trust my full body wt on this (135#), since I don't completely trust the Screw-Anchor system, ESPECIALLY if upside down (as 1 product picture shows someone doing, seemingly from a different product). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars 150% quality !!!! *by S***1 on Reviewed in the United States on March 16, 2018* I love the QUALITY and CRAFTSMANSHIP with which these mounts are made !!!
