Review: Best French Press coffee maker ever, stays hot for a long time, easy to use, looks and feels great. - I love this French Press! It is always worth it to invest in good quality products. This feels good, looks great, and makes outstanding coffee. I usually stick with drip coffee because I drink a large volume, but this is convincing me to switch over to French press. This thing keeps coffee hot for many hours, is easy to use, and is just a total joy. I've used the glass presses before and get annoyed at how often grounds wind up above the filter. This fits tighter and if you can deal with the slightly annoying sound of the metal scraping (I'll do anything for a cup of really good coffee!), you'll be super happy with this product. I had bought a percolator from these guys and found it to be wonderful (though I don't like the grounds that come out without using a filter) and wanted to try this too. I don't know which I'll bring camping next time, but probably the press, maybe both. They take a lot of pride in their products and I'll be on the lookout for what they do next. This one feels like something that will last for decades. It might not, but it is solid and works amazingly well.
Review: This thing is HEAVY DUTY! - I bought this for my wife so that she can enjoy French press coffee when we go car camping. This thing is built like a tank! I think you could run over it with your car without damaging it - it's that sturdy! My wife also said it makes good coffee. Only downside: the plunger components don't come apart for cleaning, which is unusual (or so she tells me). Also, ours has what looks like a manufacturing defect along the bottom edge in one area. It looks like someone used a grinder or something to try and smooth it out for some reason, and wound up making it looks like it's damaged. But that's not noticeable unless you turn it upside-down, and it doesn't affect performance, so I'm not deducting any stars. All-in-all a solid product that I expect will last a lifetime. I just hope they exercise a little better quality control during manufacturing.

## Features

- CERAKOTED FINISH: State of the art (ceramic-polymer) coating protects your French Press from the elements just like military grade weapons
- KEEPS COFFEE HOT: This insulated French has an air-tight silicon gasket, locking lid, and thick steel walls separated by 2mm of insulating space. Don’t settle for cold coffee while camping. Bring the Boulder
- VETERAN OWNED & OPERATED: Our team of combat veterans prefer to call this “An American Press.” Support our veteran-owned small business that gives 10% of gross income to charity. We invest in causes that champion Freedom worldwide. By-the-way…we know how to make coffee in the woods
- ENOUGH TO SHARE: Does your spouse drink from your French Press? Is there enough? We have the answer. The Boulder is the only 10 Cup (42 oz) press on the market. The standard 8 Cup presses (34 oz) are often not big enough – especially while camping
- LIFETIME REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE: This large French Press is made of AISI 304 stainless-steel with the same 14-gauge industry standard material used for building construction – a metal French Press built to last. In the very unlikely event of material failure, call us to get an English-speaking American. We will send you a new press

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Classy Gear! Great for camping, comfortable at home!
*by S***Y on November 27, 2021*

Four-weekend adventures and dozens of uses at home, this French press from Coletti is unquestionably a classy piece of gear that is great for camping and fantastic on the kitchen table in the morning! For those of us who need a coffee jump-start in the morning (or afternoon, or evening), this 42 oz. press quickly produces seven 6 oz. cups of delicious coffee – particularly if you are using Yosemite Coffee from Coletti! All metal construction means you have no glass or plastic parts to break like the usual French presses you find on the market today. It is important to note that this press works just like a Thermos to keep your beverage hot. Therefore, you need to preheat it like a Thermos (hot boiling water first before making the coffee) to maximize the time to keep the coffee hot. My experience is that the coffee will stay relatively warm for about 2.5-3 hours with this method, depending on the ambient temperature. Unfortunately, I can not say I have experienced the 4+ hours of hot coffee. The French Press from Coletti is an excellent piece of gear to add to your camping equipment or your home. Stop reading the reviews and order it! You'll be making great coffee soon!
