The cartridge on the hot water side got out of whack and it started leaking water. I took it apart and realigned the ceramic insert inside the chamber which fixed the problem. All of that said, I also contacted customer service and they were awesome! They responded right away and even offered a free cartridge if I needed it. Great company!
