I bought an 8 men's and they fit perfectly They were dark brown, not the light brown in this picture **Q: Do these fit for people that have wider feet?** A: I wear 8w wide, got the 9w/8m and it fit my fat feet perfect. **Q: What are they made of?** A: They are made of soft Pali rubber. **Q: If I got them in brown would they come in as light brown to tan or would they be dark brown? I saw the review pictures but I want to make sure.** A: Pali used to make all their sandals a dark brown. For the past few years they have been making them a light caramel color. My tween daughter has been wanting some since they are the "in" thing right now apparently. I was happy I found them on amazon and didn't have to drive all over town looking for them. They fit well - we ordered a half size larger than she normally wears and they are perfect for her. It appears the sandals are made out of one type of material. There are no connecting pieces. The soles have some give to them and she loves wearing them.
