A: The wire are very strong/stiff, but it could be doable with 2 pliers.

**Q: What is the gold/silver color made from? Is it edible, because it comes off?**
A: Not edible.

**Q: Can you coat them in chocolate or candy melt to give them a different color?**
A: yes i recommend covering with almond bark than candy melt for smoother finish

These are really cute and can add a lot to a plain cake. Way more than I will ever use for such a low price. Only down side is I couldn’t cut to make shorter for a (not so deep) sheet cake. The work around is to put in at a slant. I sprinkled a little edible dust on the cake. The balls do not come that way.
