I like drinking it with larger quantities of water due to the fact that it mixes better and isn't as sweet tasting. The flavor may not be super appealing for everyone but I have no problens with it. I don't have to choke it down, I can drink it very easily. They offer two flavors - Citrus and Berry. ALWAYS get berry. It is so much more drinkable than the citrus. Also the product is available in a bulk powder which is usually cheaper but less convenient. This will be my second month taking it and I can say I can feel a big difference. My focus is better, I feel more energetic and also trims up my waistline!
