I looked it up and some info online said it was selective anorexia and usually in very picky eaters. This is very worrying because he is so small and only needs 1/2 cup of food a day anyway. After the first night, he had a good appetite the next day and ate all his food without coaxing!! So far this is working, and we are keeping our fingers crossed it continues to do so.
