**Q: Can you see where the tape is?**
A: Yes, you can see the tape. It is not totally invisible. I used the tape on some "faux" leather chairs to stop the shedding that I later covered with cloth chair covers.

**Q: Will the adhesive damage the existing couch leather when I remove it?**
A: Likely. It sticks well.

**Q: Which is darker, Coffee or Dark Brown?**
A: I would pick Dark Brown

**Q: What should I use to clean the area before application of the patch?**
A: Rubbing alcohol, works fine to remove any oils that might mess-up the adhesive. It is fantastic when applied to a clean surface! It was unesseceary to heat set it.  NOTE - Most fake leather conditioners and treatments make the faux-leather look good but will actually Damage the molecular structure. To be safe use Turtle Wax Luxe Leather to clean and recondition when you're done.

Excellent idea, roll width could be 2" wider. Depending upon shape of item, edges loose their grip. Large portion awkward to wrestle for a novice (me). Portions successfully applied and detailed have retained adhesion, and item has kept its usability for over a year of heavy use.
