The dealership has had 3 of them in for the same problem and can't fix any of them. Norcold gives him, and me, the runaround on their customer service number, check this, check that, but they finally admitted that they designed it with a gas jet that is too big in it, ergo it freezes everything. They have officially told me that there is nothing that they will do and they won't refund my money or fix it when it is well within warranty. I am now out my $621.45 and will have to spend more money to buy a Dometic to replace this unit. This is a bad design from an even worse company who don't stand behind their products.
