I have at least 3 years experience of every fish in my reef tank loving this stuff. I have used it in QT for skittish fish or finicky eaters. The fact that you can stick it to the glass and let a shy fish eat without you standing next to the tank is key. The ease of mixing this food with other dry foods like pellet or algae powder and/or wet appetite stimulants like garlic or selcon not to mention the ability to mix this with specific medications makes this one of the most versatile food options in the hobby in my opinion. I frequently skip using RODI per the directions and use a liquid vitamin supplement instead. It is quite expensive overall but buy larger quantities and it’ll take you a long way. It comes in powder, and you have to add the right amount of water to make it the right consistency. LOTS of trial and error with that, and lots and lots of mess. YUCK! Fish are ok with it, don't love it, but like it.
