The assembly was easy and straightforward—I managed it at night on Christmas Eve by myself. It is well made and has great safety features. It does have a little play because it's held together with mat tension, but nothing concerning.When we had some storm damage to it—notably, it flipping over ours and our neighbor's yard and only a few parts were damaged. Support was very helpful, friendly, and communicative, even when the shipping company was giving us the runaround. I would definitely recommend this brand to others and somehow it's less expensive now than it was when we got it.
