I take 1 tablet a day as maintenance. I'm not 100% sure if it helped with my actual shedding, nor if it helped with the density. However, my hair grows 6" in 4-6 months. So it'll grow long quickly but it's not as full as I'd like. The price fluctuations on this is crazy, I usually get it around the 60 mark.
