Review: Huge upgrade over the Rival 600. - Huge upgrade from the Rival 600 that I used previously, there's no more rubber pads that fall off the sides and it has a great ergonomic feel. The main reason I bought this mouse was for the reduced weight and it is shockingly light! It barely feels like I have anything under my palm and the mouse slides with zero effort. I also really appreciate the upgraded "floppy" braided USB-C cable for this mouse compared to the Micro USB rubber cable on the Rival 600. The cable is so flexible it almost feels wireless at time. I'll update my review in time if anything negative comes to mind, but so far everything feels 10/10.
Review: Great for long hours of gaming! - Love this mouse - it's about half the weight of my previous logitech mouse; and super comfy for long hours of gaming. Had it for a few months now and haven't had any issues at all. Clicks super nicely; is super reactive; and looks nice on the desk. Only tidbit is that you cant click the scroll wheel sideways to side scroll; so it's not much use for spreadsheets and the like! But my favorite mouse I have owned so far.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is i have apex pro tkl can i use same dongle to connect or do i need them all to have own dongle?**
A: I'm pretty sure you have to use their own dongles

**Q: what about sensitivity in this mouse?**
A: I didn't have a problem with it but I switched to the corsair Sabre pro champion series mouse. Better in my opinion.

**Q: I have an aerox 3 wireless how does this compare to that is it worth the upgrade or is it a downgrade?**
A: Only difference is it has more buttons than the aerox 3 and less than the aerox 9.

**Q: Is the dpi button easier to reach than the rival 600 was?**
A: I’ve always forced my mouse to use only one dpi setting at 800. Depends on your hand I guess. For me I feel like my index finger has to struggle a little bit to have to push it which is why I never bothered.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A better quality mouse.
*by D***H on June 6, 2023*

Sturdy, like the texture feel, large gliders, excellent weight and button response. I moved from the Glorious model O and D, these are good mice but the left click was not always positive. The left click on this Aerox 5 is superior, precise, and 100% responsive. I like the extra programable buttons, their placement taking some getting used to, but work very well. The less gaudy RGB is appreciated, as is the curser accelleration/decelleration in software, but the best thing is the PRECISE button feel/response of all the switches!!! They should make a slightly smaller version.
