The Num-chuks are great for training your arms and forearms. Also good in case of ninja attack on your home and or residence. I myself have used them in anger on a defective fire alarm and a printer. It is a good stress reliver to use them on inanimate objects that you hate. I would recommend watching a few training videos on how to use them. You will not be Bruce Lee or Michelangelo in a afternoon.

I bought these to play around with my kids, but I would knock them the heck out if I hit them with these! They dont feel quite like i imagend them to feel either, they are hard! The construction seems pretty good for what you pay for them, but they F ing stink so bad! I dont mind the smell of rubber, but this is way way worse than that. They are pretty cool, I took off one star because they are listed as safe rubber, making me think they were a bit softer, but there not. You can really mess someone up with these if you wanted to.
