**Q: Can you also make crepes by using the flat outer surface?**
A: yes, you can

**Q: What type of stove can be used? Can I wash it in dishwasher?**
A: I am using it on an electric stove...I think as long as it lays flat, the heat distribution is reasonable.  Gas might offer a more even distribution, but I am happy with the results after a bit of practice.
As for washing, I treat it like a non-stick pan, so I am just wiping it down with a paper towel after each use.  If I had to wash it, I would do it gently by hand and with a very mild detergent.

**Q: Does this work on induction stove top?**
A: not really the handle should be longer maybe on gas stove might work

Very weird description (450 degrees C maximum heat level?!?) Not clear what’s in the coating. Way too thin. Impossible not to spill - too shallow, comes off the hinge too easily and tricky to reassemble and you would expect to be able to use it on both sides. Overall very bad design. I returned it promptly.
