Speaking with Michelin reps on the phone is tantamount to dipping in the cesspool of distortion, lies and the ignorant incompetence On the pictures: Side wall protrusion, bursted. Happened spontaneously after about 3K miles, with no collision, no impact, no off-road driving etc. Clearly a manufacturing defect that Michelin refuses to admit.
