It badly needs an English index ### ⭐⭐ Recipes great, binding substandard. *by L***R on 7 October 2023* If you like Keeralan food, or want to get to know it this is a great book. The problem is the binding. The book covers, instead of being covered with a protective cover material are printed on and left unprotected by any material. The covers are a form of compressed paper. If uncovered, moisture can cause the covers to delaminate. The cover will come apart and the book will be ruined. Not good in a cookbook. I hope they will reissue with a proper cover.
