A: I think they’re all the same dimensions, just different weight. I bought the light weight, the one at the gym is much heavier.

**Q: What is the difference between regular vs reinforced core?**
A: I'm assuming the weight (stability)of the box.

**Q: What is the improvement with the reinforced core version?**
A: I’m not sure , but all I can say is that it’s surprisingly very sturdy for how light weight this box is. I did get the light one so if your talking about the heavy box I’m sure the heavier one would be even more sturdy and won’t move as easily as the light weight box
