But my son and I have less allergy attacks than when not taking this supplement. No adverse effects. Just noticeable when we don't take this supplement after a few days (allergies come back: nasal dripping, itchy eyes, scratchy throat, dry cough). It takes about two weeks to notice the difference, but well worth the wait. I have severe allergies to pollen, grass, certain trees (basically the outdoors).
