I’ve tried so many of the bars that are in the market and I keep coming back to these. They are a perfect way for me to get some caffeine and energy when I’m running late in the morning, getting to the gym right after work, or even midday snack to get me going on the weekend.Here’s my break down:Taste/texture- I like that each flavor manages to hit the mark without having the overbearing artificial taste that I find in some other bars. I like the hint of sweetenesss that’s balanced out by a bit of saltiness at the end. The coffee flavor is subtle, which makes it easy to pair with other snacks. The bar is a bit dense, but considering all the great ingredients that are packed in, I’m not surprised. I’ll usually have the bar with some water or a protein shake.Size - At around 45g, I do wish there was a bit more in each bar. However, it’s enough to keep me fueled for my work out or hold me over until my next meal.Price - I purchased the 6 counted mixed pack. So each bar is about 2.50. Next time I will purchase the 15 pack in order to reduce the price of each bar to 2.13. I feel like this is on par with most healthy bars in the market. The benefit of this bar is that I get some caffeine, which means I can save money by skipping the cup of coffee or energy drink I would normally get. Don’t get me wrong though. I’ll still have my morning cup of coffee every now and then.Overview - Eat your coffee bars are tasty, convenient, and reasonably priced. We really like to have these in the morning when we want to get up and going right away and don't want to hassle with making coffee. They are also great mid morning on the trail when we wished we had taken time for a second cup.
