**Q: Is it r form?**
A: Good form is Na-R(+)-ALA based on sodium (Na) as stabilizer, the other form as S is unstable and counterproductive unlike somebody stated as : "stabilized" which is not true ( simple lack of knowledge). Alpha-Lipoic acid (ALA) R+ is the only antioxidant that is both fat- and water-soluble meaning it will go to all parts of body, active form is R+( ALA) naturally matching in body.
Is this product made of pure R(+) ALA or mixture of R(+) and S(-) forms it must be address to manufacturer.

**Q: What is the size of the capsule? i have a problem swallowing large capsules.  Been using Puritan's Pride 600 mg; can swallow easily.**

**Q: The front of bottle says alpha lipoic acid and the back says l-lysine. Can you please advise which one is contained in the supplement?**
A: The ingredient picture is NOT correct.  It was probably for another product by the same manufacturer.  The bottle that I have has the following contents listed: Alpha Lipoic Acid 200 mg. Free of gluten, dairy, soy, wheat, sugar, sodium, sweetners, artificial flavors, preservatives and colors.
You may want to contact amazon and make them aware.
