    Doesn't even fit right

So I have a first gen ipad. I ordered the wallee to put it on my wall and ordered it for the first gen. I have been sitting here for 30 minutes trying to figure out why my first gen ipad doesn't snap into the wallee, it's so loose that the edges don't even keep it from sliding out whenever I hold it at a slight angle. It doesn't even 'hug' the edges, let alone 'snap' on the edges. And the rest of the iPad gens are smaller so I don't even understand why they would have one that's bigger than the biggest ipad generation. I looked all over google and don't see any similar issues posted, but my first gen ipad does NOT fit the wallee for first gen ipad that this company sent me!I requested a return and tried calling customer service today (Saturday) so I am anxious to see if they just ship cases that aren't to spec, and then become difficult when you try and return them.
