It fit right onto my wand without the adapter (I live in Canada). So far has held up great, absolutely no signs of wear and tear after four months of daily use. Fits under my couch, head swivels and is super easy to use. Picks up bigger debris than my power had did. And best of all, no more hair or fuzz to pick out of rollers! It makes cleaning the hardwood floors so much easier. I was using a soft bristle brush and pet hair got stuck on the bristles and I'd have to pull it off several times making vacuuming more tedious.
