**Q: Would these help with using an elliptical or bicycle? I have**
A: Not so much, really. For an elliptical or bicycle, if you have had knee problems, you would probably just want a regular knee brace. These are meant to be wrapped around the knee pretty tightly, and would probably be a touch too tight for what you seem to want to use them for.

**Q: Is the wrap good for baker cysts?**
A: I use these for lifting so I'm not sure about the baker cysts.I think they have specific wraps for baker cysts issues.

**Q: Can you use these for squatting?**
A: yes .. I used mine at my powerlifting meet no problum's

**Q: Can these be used on your elbows?**
A: No .. too long for elbows
