It is compact and yet holds a lot. The velcro straps are convenient for attaching this case to my backpack and making all my medicine easily accessible. Also comes with a carabiner clip in case the velcro straps are not what you're looking for. The MedBuddy case is durable and has already lasted longer than most of my other cases. I love the fact that there are TWO identification cards, one on the inside and the other on the outside in a clear vinyl sleeve. Besides the hook for attaching on the zipper, I would have liked to have straps for mounting/attaching it to a belt when your hiking or biking. That would be nice, especially if you have a stroller and want it handy.
