I do.. **Q: What is the diameter at the middle?** A: 1.25 inch **Q: Can I hand wash this with soapy water or should I just wipe it down with a cloth?** A: Just wipe it down with a DAMP clean cloth. Use the backside of a knife to scrape off any dough that is stuck on the rolling pin. I would not recommend washing it with water.
