I am not a chef and challenged in the kitchen but this miracle machine has me making yummy, delicious, and healthier dinners for my family. It had boosted my confidence and creativity in the kitchen. I used it everyday for a wide range of dishes, from waffles and toast to baking chicken salmon to vegetables and meatballs. I rarely need to use oil and it still doesn’t stick. It heats up fast, cooks evenly, and handles a wide variety of foods with great results. The controls are easy to use, with intuitive settings that take the mystery out of cooking. Clean up is super easy. We usually just hand clean as it’s so quick but the basket is dishwasher safe! After heavy use, they is some grease buildup on the basket but that is expected. It is a nice size, it’s large enough to cook a meal for the whole family in one go but also still fits on the counter underneath the cabinets. It’s a little heavy but I am on the smaller side and can still easily move it around the kitchen frequently. What really stands out is its versatility and ease of use - it genuinely feels like it can cook almost anything, making weeknight meals quicker and healthier. **Q: What’s different on this model than the previous?**
A: There is a huge different between the 2 models that Cosori is not mentioning. The new Premium version has a hole at the bottom of the basket covered with a small rubber plug. The plug is really fragile and breaks apart quite fast. I contacted Cosori and they are going to send me 3 replacements, but really if you use the machine 3-5 days per week, probably you need a new plug every 2-3 months. They don't want to acknowledge the issue, they don't even want to offer the plugs for sale, in order to extend the life of the machine. I will use it as much as the 3 plugs last and after that the machine is useless. With a hole in the basket the oil drips out and it is dangerous to use.

**Q: Is the basket ceramic coated?**
A: The baskets in this air fryer use a PTFE non-stick coating that is PFOA free. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

**Q: Warranty on cosori air fryer, large xl 5.8 quart 1700-watt air fryer oven & ...**

**Q: Can I use panko to make meat and vegetables crisp?**
A: Absolutely. There will have to be some fat involved to both adhere the panko to the food and to help it "fry". This could be some spray oil as only a tiny bit is required. I often use panko and flour on fried chicken - the skin provides the fat needed.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works Great!!!!!! Would Buy Again!!!!!!!!

I was looking for an air fryer basket for my oven - then went down the path of getting an actual air fryer. I did a lot of looking on Amazon - read reviews - then YouTube reviews. I decided on the COSORI Pro II Air Fryer Oven Combo. I think it has the best features and better reviews than its competitors even when compared to more expensive air fryers. I've used it twice so far - frozen french fries. Planning on making other things in the near future. The first time - I followed the instruction on the bag of Or-Ida crinkle cut fries. Did the shake - (love the shake reminder - and that I can select or not). Checked a minute or so before the timer when off. The fries were over cooked - but still edible. The next time - same fries - I followed the Cosori cookbook guideline. MUCH better. They still cooked a bit faster than the recommended time. I'll have to play around with the time - I think I got the temp correct. The air fryer cooked them SO much faster than my oven and kept the kitchen cooler. A BIG plus on both counts. I love the removable inner basket and the outer basket that catches all the crumbs - versus just a plate in other models that will fall out when you dump out your food. SO easy to remove the inner basket. Also loved the safety latch that you must slide to remover the inner basket. It keeps you from accidentally removing the inner basket by mistake. The basket size if perfect too. The touch pad controls are easy to use and very intuitive. I didn't have to re-read the manual to use. Cleanup was easy too. Dish soap and a paper towel on both the inner and outer baskets. Dry - done. I'm planning on cooking some zucchini - and - or - eggplant in it soon. Cut into slabs - season - cook. I like both but don't cook because I didn't want the mess of actually frying them in oil in a pan and the extra oil required. I may actually get some veggies in my body with the air fryer. Will probably try some other items too. I am VERY pleased with my purchase of the COSORI Pro II Air Fryer Oven Combo. Thank you for a well thought out and designed product.
