Review: Yum! - I absolutely love ssamjang, it's rich, flavourful, and absolutely delicious. The versatile sauce can be used as a dip with meat or veg, on wraps, on rice, stir fries, or stews, as a sauce on pan-fried tofu or meat, and so much more. I've bought Sempio's ssamjang a few times now, and it has been fabulous each time. Really recommend. Unfortunately, the most recent time I ordered this ssamjang, the lid wasn't on properly. The pot burst and spewed ssamjang inside the box. That is desertcart's fault, however, not Sempio's.

I absolutely love ssamjang, it's rich, flavourful, and absolutely delicious. The versatile sauce can be used as a dip with meat or veg, on wraps, on rice, stir fries, or stews, as a sauce on pan-fried tofu or meat, and so much more. I've bought Sempio's ssamjang a few times now, and it has been fabulous each time. Really recommend. Unfortunately, the most recent time I ordered this ssamjang, the lid wasn't on properly. The pot burst and spewed ssamjang inside the box. That is Amazon's fault, however, not Sempio's.

Genuinely some of the best ssamjang I've had out of Korea. Tangy and sweet and full of flavour. I'm on my 6th Tub and will keep buying. Personally for me there isn't any spice/heat.
