Creative idea. **Q: Will this Dispenser actually work and hold and not fall on the floor because of weak magnets** A: that's exactly why i bought this one. It's on the side of my toolbox and has never pulled off it, even when it's a new box of gloves. Magnets are really strong. I'm very happy with it. **Q: Are the magnets rubber coated? I.E. scratch resistant** A: Yes they are coated but one I put it up on my box, I've never moved it to see if they scratch. Magnets are very big and strong. **Q: Are the magnets removable to hang the unit on the wall with the provided mounting holes?** A: Well, that’s a good question. I keep mine in a NEMA box with a metal mounting plate to store disposable gloves so they will be handy when working out-of-doors. So, I need the four attachment magnets and never really wondered if they could be removed. FrNkly, I am hoping that they are very hard to remove. But I did go out to check on this for you and, even after inspecting the magnets, I am not certain. I’ll say this, they are firmly attached. I suspect that they may be glued on place but I didn’t want to pry one out since they might be glued and then getting it back properly would be a problem. But let me say this, they can be removed. It may take some effort but if you need them removed anyway, it doesn’t really matter to you if they are glued in or not.
