I got my order in good condition. Using since last 3 weeks. Caps are a bit big but not hard to swallow. Very gentle on stomach. I feel more energetic and less stressed at work. Walking up fresh and connected. I feel that I can do more. Skin getting clearer and spots fading. No nausea or stomach discomfort like other multi's.

Contains an undisclosed amount of lithium. From what I've read lithium can assist in maintaining bone density (among other things), however if one has kidney issues or are using MAOIs you should consider NOT taking this product at all. I felt this was important enough to advise potential customers about, and I sincerely hope someone benefits from this review; other than that one caveat I think this is a great product. You just MUST exercise caution and understand contraindications if you're going to use supplements. The manufacturers can't do that for you. Talk to a good doctor and do your due diligence.
