I chose this one for the long consistent length. It is what we needed to eliminate a potential tripping hazard. (A carpet runner traveled). Although I cannot comment on the duration it lasts over time, it does meet our needs. Medium weight vinyl with gripping nubs keeps it in place. It will protect the high traffic area, It's perfect. It is rolled and a little stiff where it rolled tightly. I have a heavy rubber entry mat weighting it down, it's relaxing and straightening out. My only complaint, it's a little pricey, but will be worth it if it holds up. A side note: as another review stated, the one in the photo appears to have a wider boarder, mine has a 1" boarder. Not an issue here though.
