Started drinking this on the advice of my daughter to help my bone heal. I healed up very well. I am still using this because it's good for my bones and it helps my hair and skin look healthy. My hair is the longest it's ever been! Unfortunately, it hasn't helped my fingernails, which have always been a mess. They grow really fast, but still have ridges and peel. I highly recommend to give it a try though! It is tasteless and dissolves really well in my morning coffee. I also add a little of this collagen powder to my face mask, which I apply weekly and I have noticed an improvement in my skin. Does not change the taste of the beverage or make it feel gritty. Blends well with HOT LIQUID. I tried mixing it with a cold beverage, I even used my blender just to make sure it wld mix well. Unfortunately it did not. It sat on the top of my iced coffee. I had to scoop it out. It did mix well when I made a Hot matcha tea and after mixing the hot tea I then added the cold milk to the mix. It did not seperate afterwards.
