I like that the punch-outs are silver instead of plastic like I’ve seen on other ones. It is slim and not bulky like others I’ve seen. It works great, not hard at all to press the garlic into the perfect size and shape to flavor my food. Fresh garlic is many times better than powdered, and I like that this makes it super easy and doesn’t slow down my cooking prep time like when I had to chop garlic myself. I simply rinse it right away and put it in the dishwasher, and it stays nice, always looks nice, no rust or stiffness. Sadly only after a year and a half, it has stopped functioning the way it was intended. The best I can describe the issue is that it is now out of alignment.
