As described. I had to look up directions but it is way better than a normal baby carrier. It's so easy to put newborn baby in and out without waking him, and I can use it without feeling like he will fall out of the bottom. Baby boy also likes being carried in it. The material is soft and it is washable and you can put it in the dryer.
