I read reviews before buying the keto green protein and saw few complaints but all in all great reviews! I wanted to make my own decision and I ordered it. I am loving this protein shake! I use one scoop per meal replacement for breakfast, add in half of an avocado for creaminess and added nutrition, then add unsweetened vanilla almond milk but you can also just use water. Sometimes I’ll add 1/2 cup of frozen mix berries as berries are on the low glycemic range. Some have complained about the bag coming apart— I don’t understand how that could happen unless that persons bag was damaged during shipping perhaps? I gave the cost a 4 out of 5 stars because it is on the expensive side but I know that the ingredients are quality and I’d rather put my money towards healthier food items now vs. ending up on costly, liver intoxicating medications in the future. I decided to add this product to my subscribe and save list to help with cost and to make sure I never run out. I also subscribed to the Mighty Maca packets. I just purchased her Keto Green 16 book coming out May 5, 2020 and added her other discounted items offered like this keto green protein as her offer was well worth the price of all the products that are included in her book pre-order!
