I purchased the carrying case with lanyard on Amazon. This has been a great help in pain reduction and the facial & neck puffiness that comes with age. A friend had the PCM6 and helped me get familiar with it. The most common frequency the Russians used was 77. If you just remember that it helps. You really need the tens pads with wires & Signa spray. There are other attachments on Amazon from Russian sellers. They usually take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive but have always arrived in good shape and as described. I have communicated with the Russian sellers on some items and they are always courteous and helpful. The more you use the PCM6 the better you get at it. The 77AM setting helps to wake up & get alert. I use this on my back/shoulder muscles using the tens pads, after the 77 hz which relaxes muscles & eases pain.
