Battiers good.** A: Mine has since Oct 24 when I received it. I bought a new packet of batteries even to insure having fully charged batteries. This is very frustrating. It is a nice radio when it works. Sometimes it will stay on for 5 minutes and other times 20 seconds. I have run it on USB port successfully for about 15 minutes and then it will shut off. I wish I could get my money back. I like the design and features and hung in there till now, but am getting ready to just set it aside and by an analog SONY that I know will work. **Q: How long do the batteries last before needing to be replaced?** A: Depends on how long you play the radio.
