I wish it could decode rs232 serial and CAN, and maybe composite video as well (I mostly do microcontroller development and repair antique PCs) but for what it is this thing absolutely rocks. It matters. It makes the knob almost impossible to use, and it's important. If it weren't possible to replace the encoder with one that has stops, I would rate this whole scope as garbage. Replacing the encoder was the first thing I did when I got this, because I've used them before, and know the difference it makes. If I wrote a full review now, it would be long and say lots of good things.
